  Pésimo servicio. Esperamos aproximadamente 15 minutos en la recepción sin que nadie nos atendiera. Posteriormente, llegaron otras personas y fueron atendidas antes que nosotros, a pesar de que ya estábamos formados. Esta situación nos pareció injusta y poco profesional. Considero que el trato fue discriminatorio. Muy mala experiencia.

  Poor management and zero service. I waited 20 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready 30min ago. I was there Wednesday evening. Pick up time was 10:10 and I wasn’t helped until 10:30. I ended up having to look for a server to help me because there was no one insight at the takeout waiting area. The server that I flagged down came with my order and behind him was a female manager making remarks about how he was being a “team player”. The server then told her that he also had 8 other tables. The server was clearly overwhelmed, yet the manager spent her time walking around and talking instead of helping her staff or the guests. The server proceeded to help me and bagged my food while the manager just started at him. I suggested she should help her staff rather than just walking around and all she could say was “I’m sorry you waited so long” Very poorly run!

  Chelsey was wonderful She helped us understand deals and pick out our favs! Food was delivered almost immediately after! Food was truly scrumtious! Good vibes & super yummy food and deals all while watching several games!

  Worst BWW experience ever. 4pm so not crowded. Lots of workers wandering around… - We stood at the front desk for several minutes without being acknowledged before I finally asked someone if we should find our own seat. “No, we’ll help you in a minute.” - Server will be right with you. 10+ minutes before anything. - Server was kinda sassy and rude when we were ordering. Not regulars so took a little to figure out order. - Pet peeve…online app special that wasn’t available in the restaurant. Reward me for coming in, don’t punish me! - Had to beg for drink refills. - Server did better at the end, but still sassy. - Just not a “can’t wait to come back” experience. Maybe try the Tanasbourne one next time. (I have a gift card so there has to be a next time…)
