Ordered through the app. Decided to eat my sandwich there. Got about 2 bites in and felt a very long hair down my throat. Tried to pull it out and it broke off with some still remaining in my mouth. Opened my sandwich and looked in there and I saw more wavy black hair in my sandwich. Asked for a refund and was initially told that they can’t do refunds for orders made in the app. After consulting her manager, they were able to process my refund. Worst part was, both employees today had red hair. Not sure whose long black hair that was. Hopefully they will be more careful in the future

Went to get the bogo footkong meal online and it wouldn't let me even though it showed the discount and all but said this place is t taking orders online right now so I went in showed them my order online and she called the boss and she said oh well can't do it unless it's online order so I left wasn't pleased with the customer is right or service I got won't go back there again

Subway is supposed to be a decent mediocre place to grab a quick bite to eat....
The little girl working here, with pink hair, is obnoxious to have to deal with and order from. She was clearly bothered by having to work at her job. The man with tattoos was very pleasant to his customers, but I got stuck with Pinky. Wouldn't come back to have an annoying child make the most basic of sandwiches and be annoyed by it.

The person behind the counter was very sweet and tried to help my situation, I don't blame her. However I ordered almost $40 worth of food, including 3 of the raspberry cheesecake cookies. One bite into the cookie and all I could taste was mold. They were bad, I almost puked in the parking lot. I brought them in and explained but situation, the person helping me called the manager to explain the situation and help me get a refund. The manager didn't know how to do that and I ended up leaving after fifteen minutes not refunded and not resolved. The manager wanted to argue that she made the cookies that morning, but I highly doubt the cookie dough she made them with was still good because it was bad. Like really bad. Please nice human behind that counter get a new job. You deserve better
