My family and I stopped in town to essentially visit the famous Goonies house and then decided to drop in for some quick sandwiches. It wasn’t busy and the only employee working was obviously not doing anything productive but from the get go her customer service skills lacked greatly. There was no greeting and we definitely didn’t feel welcomed to be there. There was no other customers in there and she didn’t look like she was cleaning up. She was short with her responses and she definitely made it known that we were an inconvenience. As we left my wife told her to have a “good night” and she proceeded to personally insult my wife. This person must have skipped the customer service portion of her training. Maybe the manager or the owner should conduct some retraining.

Keygi (or however you spell the name) is EXTREMELY RUDE and has absolutely no customer service.We stopped by for some quick sandwiches and when ordering she had a visible issue with helping us. She personally insulted me for no reason in front of my husband and children. This insult came after I told her that I hoped she had a better day because of the short answers and visible attitude she was portraying while we were telling her our orders. When asked what sandwiches needed to be toasted I was letting her know that one of the sandwiches that she placed on her toasting mat did not need to be toasted, she said “I know, I was making room and arranging them”, when she clearly was not. I have never received such horrible service and disrespect. I would like for the manager or owner of this franchise to reach out to me.
