I called to check on a prescription that was supposed to be done by 10am, that I requested two days ago because I know they're closed on Christmas, and I can't go without my medication. I was told by 'Chris' who answered the phone, "Yea I'm getting it, but I'm being swamped by phone calls so I can't fill your prescription if I'm on the phone can I...". Holy cow! I've been nothing but patient and understanding with these folks but that stops now. I'm currently in a wheelchair and it's hard as hell to get to the pharmacy for meds I can't get delivered. No one should be treated like this the day before Christmas for just trying to see if their medication was going to be ready.

I've talked to customer service, the drive up window.. and they both told me that there's nothing they can do for me and hung up on me. I am trying to transfer my dad's meds, it is vital he gets them, he is very, very sick and I am mortified that this store has treated me and my situation this way. Like it doesn't matter & there's nothing they can do. I just want to speak with the pharmacy.....it's so important. My dad's life depends on it. And all they can do is tell me they can't help me get transferred to the pharmacy and then on top of it... hang up on me. So infuriating, disrespectful, and just...wrong. Wow.
