Have always loved bringing the kids to DQ for a treat on family outings but this was more than disappointing. After waiting for sometime, it was apparent they were not working on the kids items, we asked if we could get a refund and the staff did not know how to help us. We ended up walking away with pretty disappointed kiddos. Horrible experience
