The point of the domed lids is because the ice cream is supposed to stand above the bottom dish. I was done with my whole sundae in 8 bites. Kiddo's favorite Oreo brownie cupfection had 3 pieces of Oreo. The girl at the window couldn't figure out tap to pay. I had to tell her that the right screen for payment wasn't even showing up. We used to love this DQ. What happened??? Also-- DQ relations team--instead of replying to reviews asking people to contact YOU, to get the local franchise contact, WHY DON'T YOU JUST POST THAT EMAIL AND NUMBER DIRECTLY?
