  Ok. Where do I start. Sauce was a great restaurant. The way these new owners gutted the original concept and tossed everything on scrappy tables like we are at a work pizza party is gross. All the food in the same room with plastic lids in junky containers, all the smells mixing together smelling akin to a hospital dining hall, everything laid out the way you'd see a subway sandwich making line setup is downright disrespectful. Who bought this place? What's going on?

  For people looking for good food with wholesome ingredients that's organic and seed oil free this is the place. Prices are really good to. Their bone broth is insanely good.

  I just found this place from a Google search. Delish! Well prepared range of healthy veggie and meat dishes and salad bar. Would spend way more at the grocery store buying these things and preparing them. Will definitely come back!

  This place is so great! Kind of hidden in Ashland and one of the best places I've eaten there. The environment is fun and the staff are so helpful and kind. My first time there was very recent and I was so impressed. I got the soarialion GF DF veg bowl and added chicken. My boyfriend got the chicken curry. Both were so good. The flavor was amazing and the sauces were perfect! We also had the blueberry muffin, orange almond scone and elderberry spritzer. All we're just too good. I've recently gone back for more of their treats to bring home and my kids loved them! We will all definitely be back soon.
