I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Taco Bell deserves it after my recent visit. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional, both in how they treated me as a paying customer and as a DoorDash driver just trying to pick up an order. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me for several minutes — even though there were multiple employees standing around. When I finally asked for help, I got attitude instead of basic courtesy. The order I was picking up wasn’t ready, even though the app said it had been prepared for a while. When I asked for an update, the worker snapped at me and told me to “just wait,” with no explanation. To make things worse, my own food order was wrong and cold by the time I got it. The overall atmosphere was chaotic, with poor communication and zero sense of urgency or customer care. I understand everyone can have a busy night, but that doesn’t excuse disrespect or laziness. Management needs to seriously retrain this team on professionalism, customer service, and order accuracy. Until then, I won’t be returning — and I’ll warn other Dashers and customers to avoid this location.
