Store would not re-make the sandwiches, nor issue a refund. "Supervisor" Eric was rude and would not share the manager's name or contact information. He told me he would call the police if I didn't leave the store immediately.

- MRmelinda rileyAug 7, 20251.0We were in yesterday at about four and there were three customers in front of us and four more behind us as we waited at least 30 to 40 minutes for the one person at the counter, who was working as hard as she could, to help all the customers to finally take our order. Her counter was covered in receipts from call in orders and online orders that she couldn’t even get to because she had a line out the door. Any business that runs on a skeleton crew is dangerous. We should’ve turned around right then, but we had compassion and we stayed. My son ordered a mixed meat sandwich and I had ham and cheese. The cheese on my sandwich tasted funky, so I didn’t finish mine and my son ate all of his, but woke up this morning puking with diarrhea with nothing else on our stomachs the whole day we know it was Subway.. We noticed this about Ashland Subway, they never have enough people to run the store ever. We will never go there again and chance a foodborne illness.
