Had to go into that store and could only find high fructose jam but the Ashland Safeway had some jars of the ones I wanted. After a bit of hassle, they allowed me to return some of the jars I purchased in KF. Grateful for that. Would shop there again.

I needed something important handled at the customer service desk and ended up waiting 20 minutes. When I went to find the manager, he refused to stop what he was doing for another 20 minutes to assist me. It’s disappointing to see the manager of the entire store show such a lack of prioritization for customer service. Whatever task he deemed more important than addressing customer needs is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting this Safeway if you have anything urgent that requires attention. I’m giving it two stars primarily because I occasionally shop here, but the quality of the fruit and produce is often lacking.
