  Ordered a tuna sandwich, toasted, via the app. As it turns out the store neither had tuna nor a toaster. And I had to travel all the way to the store to find out! Took this as an excuse to try another company, and I'm glad this happened.

  Made a Subway App pickup order at 6:45pm. Came to the store to pick up the order at 7pm. Store was closed and only a "Go visit our Farmington Road location. I called them, and they said they would make it right. Props to that store. I called this location the next day and the District Manager said they closed due to lack of manpower. Obviously did not set themselves in the POS correctly though. My call with the store was rather unproductive and I was not offered any compensation and they literally said, "Just go to the Farmington location from now on."

  Ordered online today (10/15/25) and went to pickup. Store closed during business hours, door locked, no phone answer and paid and everything but not getting food. Was no indication of the store being closed while placing and paying for my order online. Choose a different subway and call ahead to make sure they're open before making an online order. Won't be coming back to this one 😡

  Walked here last night. Got there at 9:37pm and they were closed? Google says yall close at 10pm. We literally would not have walked in the freezing cold had we known we couldn’t get some food. Very disappointing.
