  McDonald's is a restaurant that changed my mind. I have things that I love on their menu that I order over and over because they know how to to make it the right way and that's what they do. Also big plus: I order from the app and pick my order up at the restaurant. No matter where I've made a purchase the people who bring the order to my my car is always really nice. Thank you!

  I wanted to leave this review for Corporate but can't find where to do that. Manager, please pass it on. I tried the new Big Arch today (diff location, but didn't want to edit an existing review to do this review) What a mistake that was. $9.50 is a very high price for the greasy concoction this was. From what I read, they're all served like that at all locations (Iread commentson theircorp Facebookpage). The patties fell apart, the cheese melted all over, the entire thing was floating in grease. It was tasteless. After 7 hours, my stomach started to revolt. I have completely lost my appetite, just thinking of that atrocious excuse for a burger. I eat at Mc D's 3x/week 😋 and so spend quite a bit of $ there. I'm sorry to have fallen for this . What I should've done is come back in and returned it. I wasn't thinking, probably too much in shock 😅 😉 Anyhow, this particular restaurant on Farmington is great! Staff awesome and they cook their food as directed by Corporate. The Big Arch wasn't one of their better creations 🙄 zero stars out of a 10

  Ive been coming here for years but service has gone downhill, there's a bunch of kids that don't do a good job. Have you waiting for a soda for 20 mins. Old dry cheeseburger. :( Dirty tables.

  I hate the self-ordering machines that they have in the store. So many screens. So many things to choose from so many mistakes that are easily made. I just wish there was a human being standing there or at least a piece of paper I could write my order on so that I could get what I wanted in less than 15 minutes trying to figure out this stupid menus on the screen
