- BGBelle Green4 days ago3.0When driving through the drive through? I was a little disappointed to hear that they wanted me to disclose how many sandwiches I was going to get. I was simply just ordering the sandwich of the day, and I disclosed that I didn't want the sandwich toasted and they toasted it anyways. I went through the drive through for convenience, not to be asked a bunch of questions. I tried to make the order easy and order it as it was listed on the menu. They should provide more training for those who are working drive through. And focus on customer service by listening to what the customer actually has to say.
