The mayo they put on my sandwich was more like cream cheese and did not taste like mayo at all it was very sour tasting. I think it was spoiled. I couldn’t finish my sandwich. I ended up throwing it away. I don’t think I will be eating at Subway anymore.

I was simply just ordering the sandwich of the day, and I disclosed that I didn't want the sandwich toasted and they toasted it anyways. I went through the drive through for convenience, not to be asked a bunch of questions. I tried to make the order easy and order it as it was listed on the menu. They should provide more training for those who are working drive through. And focus on customer service by listening to what the customer actually has to say.
