I was on hold for over an hour and at this point I wanted a refund but they would have to put another hold on my credit card and recharge instead of just doing a partial refund. I recognize that there may be system constraints that prevent them from doing this, but this is not a satisfactory resolution. In the end I did not want my credit card to have a nearly 100$ hold and they delivered the soda about 2 hours after the original order. The manager at the time did offer to give an additional soda as compensation but at that point I just wanted to be off the phone and declined the $4 consolation.
