They are not afraid to keep refrying the same old fries until they change a dark nasty color! I shouldn’t have to taste my food at the window to ensure my fries are fresh! For the price they charge you I should get the BEST QUALITY FOOD! The burger was good! I got the backyard burger a coconut bliss hazelnut chocolate milkshake and those two were good! Shame on Burgerville for after all of these years of inflating the price and they still can’t have better procedures for staff to not serve fries after 3-4 minutes of being out of the fryer!? The original fries I got were at least 20 minutes old.. they were not even warm, borderline room temp! I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened! Moral of the story; advocate and don’t settle for the fries a dog wouldn’t even want! I will wait for fresh fries. If I specifically asked you to put down fresh fries and stated I was ok with the wait, then that is exactly what should have happened!
