  Good sweet onion burger. Ate inside this time instead of the drive thru and everything was hot and fresh. Has an old diner vibe however they need music in the dining area.

  We used to eat at Burgerville all the time but, the the prices went up considerably in the food started going downhill and so did the service so it's been a few years since I've eaten here. It was lunch time and I was hungry and it was convenient so I pulled in to burgerville. I will never do it again. I ordered the Pacific Northwest fish sandwich. The thing was literally soggy with sauce that dripped everywhere and the bun fell apart. It had two small pieces of fish in it that were the size of a silver dollar and overcooked. I also ordered a small fries and a small strawberry shake. The fries were cold. The only decent thing was the milkshake. All of which cost over $17 and then they were asking for a tip on top of that. When do you start tipping at a fast food? Tipping is a gift for providing a good service while you were dining not just shoving it out a window. Needless to say I will never come back here again.

  This is the worst experience I've had with any fast food place they messed up the whole order and we couldn't even get it Changed because no one was at the counter and the employees were ignoring us my family was very disappointed, one of the burgers were hard as a rock and had nothing on it, it was inedible they also messed up on the drinks one cup was empty very upset telling everyone no one should go to this location 😡😡

  Sat inside this time. It's very clean !!! My favorite location, they are great and the sauce to burger ratio is perfect. Fresh burgers. I will say that they have trouble giving me the 1/4 lb and will often ring me up for the 1/2lb but at least they still give me the bigger option I paid for. Overall quite satisfied.

  03/02/2026 Approx 5:20pm Dine in Only one other customer in the store. I know it is between busy lunch and busy dinner, when I expect burgers to be pre-made and sit in a warmer for not very long because of the volume of customers. Since it was between rushes was hoping for a fresh burger. I am pretty sure I got a leftover lunch burger that was hanging out in the kitchen waiting for someone to order it, like a wallflower with no dance card. I placed my order, got my shake before I could even fill my complementary wate cur and went to a table. I realized I did not get a receipt, and went back to the counter to ask for one. The cashier told me my order was already on my table. This took less than two minutes. I was exhausted after working two double shifts in a row and just wanted a burger. I ordered the new caramelized onion burger. Despite the fact that it is impossible to cook a burger in 60 to 90 seconds, my burger magically appeared in the time I went to get extra napkins and ask for a receipt (which I was never given by the way). So, how long was it sitting there? Since lunch? I did eat it because I was very hungry after two very long shifts back to back. The burger way dry and overall not tasty. I didnt ask for it to be redone because I was tired and just wanted to get hime and go to bed. But, I have been to this location many times 5 or 6 years ago when I lived in the area and the food was always delicious. Had to wait a bit, and it was obviously cooked to order. No problem there. Next time I am in the area, I won't be back. If I want an "instant" burger I will go to McDonalds, Wendy's, or Burger King. I expect more from Burgerville. I did not get that experience today.
