  The Cajun fries are delicious, garlic bread is alright. Plain Mac n cheese is not very good. I tried the chicken strip basket, had 1 of each flavor. The original and spicy were pretty good, but the coconut was the start of the show. So good, forget the rest of it! Next time I would try the bacon avocado wrap with a coconut strip. The staff was friendly, and kind. They even told us about the stray cat they feed. Wonderful place!

  Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fresh fries and sweet chili sauce on the side is excellent. I’m a fan of CfA and this place was way better!

  Their food is delicious. I can barely finish the kids chicken nugget meal with fries! You get 3 nuggets that are each about the size of the fried breasts chic-fil-a uses on their Sammie’s! All white meat, perfectly prepared and sooo juicy. Also, customer service is great too. Will and have returned several times.

  We are from out of the state and cane across this chicken place and omg it was so good fries Nashville chicken sandwich the tenders everything was great. The staff was also super fast and attentive would definitely come again

  I had a great experience at The Chicken Shanty. The bacon avocado wrap was absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and very filling. The owners were incredibly welcoming, which made the visit even better. The restaurant itself was clean and had a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. As someone who enjoys eating alone, this was a perfect spot. It felt safe and peaceful to just sit and enjoy a meal without feeling out of place. I’ll definitely be coming back!
