  The only reason I go to this McDonald's is when the app selects the wrong one. Idk how they manage to be so much worse than any other McDonald's. They mess up my order every time and the food is worse. Today I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel that was hard as a rock

  When getting an accurate order, this is the worst fast food place in Albany. There is no quality control at all, and they constantly forget items. I've lost easily over $100 in the past year from items I paid for, but did not get. 8 out of 10 times I have to remind them of a missing item in the drive through. When you get it delivered if you want it corrected you have to go out anyway which defeats the purpose of delivery. At this point its just theft.

  We waited 30 minutes for ice cream. Never got it. They need to retrain people or hire more people. Restaurants full of angry, hungry people. We left without our food and our money. Never again!

  Looks like a depressed adult inside and every single time I order from here I have something missing or undercooked regardless of order size literally have forgot hamburgers in happy meals probably the the most simple meal to make and and on top of that if you go inside to order you have to use the kiosk because absolutely no employees ever come to the counter

  The store in general could use some improvement but Brigi I believe her name was is amazing!! She deserves a raise/promotion, I’ve never seen someone with such good customer service and willing to help while also following her store policy, she’s incredible.
