Overall concern During recent visits, ordering food has meant standing in line for around 45 minutes, which is far beyond what customers expect from a fast-food restaurant and makes it hard to justify choosing this location over competitors. Long waits like this don’t just frustrate guests; they directly damage trust in the brand and make loyal customers less likely to return. Impact on loyalty and business Long wait times and slow service are among the most common reasons customers stop visiting a restaurant and leave negative reviews. When guests feel their time is not respected, they stop seeing the brand as convenient or reliable, and loyalty programs or promotions can’t make up for that experience. Many diners already feel that restaurant experiences are declining due to labor shortages, so a store that doesn’t address staffing issues stands out in a very negative way. Effect on your staff Being understaffed forces employees to handle too many tasks at once, increasing their stress, burnout risk, and frustration with both the job and customers. Team members are then caught in a conflict: they want to give good service, but they know guests are waiting 45 minutes and are upset, which can lead to emotional strain and resentment. Overstressed employees provide less attentive service, which only deepens customer dissatisfaction and creates a cycle that hurts both your people and your reputation. What this location needs Increase staffing during peak hours so that customers are not waiting anywhere near 45 minutes just to order or receive food. Give staff clear support, better scheduling, and realistic workloads so they can focus on service instead of constantly feeling overwhelmed. Treat this as a loyalty issue, not just a labor issue: fixing staffing and wait times is essential if you want customers—and your own employees—to feel good about choosing this Taco Bell

Pretty sure the food i just order from you guys made me sick. The beef did not taste right and it was cold and missing quite a few items. Severely disappointed and feeling extremely ill at the moment.

This location should try and hire some actual competent employees. Waited over an hour in the drive through for cold, hard, and disgusting food. Decided maybe they were having a bad night, and tried again a few days later. Same story, different day, except my order was completely wrong this time. I think I am done going to this location. Not to mention whenever you bring up your food is cold or wrong, the manager acts like I insulted his entire family. Actual awful food, awful service, and awful lack of awareness. Literally wasting money, gas, and time coming here. Might as well drive across town and go to the other Taco Bell.

took 40 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break in the drive thru just to get the wrong order. Nothing was even half decent and totally inedible slop. The only decent item I got wasn’t even equipped with a fork to eat it. I get the same exact order every single time I don’t understand the complication and lack of speed. I can do 5 oil changes faster than they can get me my correct order.

Ordered online to pick up in drive through. Waited 45 minutes in the drive through, and then waited another 5+ minutes at the window for my food that was supposed to be already done and ready to go. Get my food, finally, just to open it up to what looks like a toddler put my order together. What a mess and the sloppiest burritos, chicken enchilada burrito missing the CHICKEN. What a complete failure. Don't be a sucker and waste your lunch break waiting like I did.
