    I have ordered from here multiple times and each time there is some type of issue. Whether it's not filling the fries up all the way, or missing items which happens a lot, or getting a burger with all the ingredients on it when I ask for it to be plain. This seems to become a repetitive issue with this store and I'm not sure why. It seems that the employees are not paying attention to detail and because of it it's really bringing down the reputation there.

    There’s no real customer service you have to use the kiosk to order your food. There’s always people waiting in line too. It takes a long time to make the food, The kiosk paper is out of receipt for the kiosk.

    Waited 20 minutes for them to bring out our pickup order only to get cold fries. No napkins, no condiments. Just a box of cold, salted disappointment, and a large fry that was barely the equivalent of the medium fry my partner ordered.

    Every time I buy from this location, my order is always missing items. I rarely eat McDonald's in general, but I do enjoy their breakfast menu. Today, (14th of Dec 2025) I ordered 2 SEC McMuffins, and 2 hash brown patties. I did not receive one of my hash browns, and one of my McMuffins was missing the egg. I made no mention of any substitutions. Previous missing items included but not limited to fries, cheeseburgers, and the previously mentioned breakfast items. Again, I already do not patron McDonald's as a whole, but this specific location has lost my business indefinitely.
