There was hardly any rice, maybe a quarter scoop of chicken that was scraped out of the bottom of the container (very dry), my bowl was barely half full with the remaining ingredients. Usually this same order will last 2 meals for me, this time… not even close.

They LOCKED THE DOORS, with CUSTOMERS INSIDE. Fire hazard? Apparently they ran out of white rice, chicken, queso, and guac. I drove back around again and finally got SOME of my food. I had to take basically half a scoop of brown rice, no queso ($) and no guac ($). Then I tried to file a complaint online and the AI said it was unable to accept complaints at this time. Avoid at all cost. I still want my refund.

Then… I ordered sour cream, I have never witnessed this much sour cream in my lifetime. My bowl could honestly be considered a soup. It was horrible. Just to add on to this horrible experience, my bowl was only half filled. I was very disappointed ☹️ The Lebanon chipotle is 100 times better.
