When I got up to the window they said they didn't have my order ,I told them what I ordered at the speaker and it was a simple order. But they told me to go back around and get back in line after waiting 40 min unacceptable!!! Very bad customer service!! Burgerville used to serve with love not anymore!! They have gone down hill. I will never go back!!!

The beef patties them selves were dry and over cooked. I felt like I could have gotten similar quality and possibly better at a few fast food chain establishments for about half the price. The person working the window was nice. They are open late so if you are in a bind and don't care about cost.
