The restaurant was PACKED when we arrived, but our food was fresh and only a teeny wait (which she even updated us on) and she was super quick and forgot nothing! We were celebrating my son starting his career so she made our night even better!

She makes us feel like family and her level of service is second to none. Always prompt, professional and warm. It is always an excellent experience when we sit in her section. The Woodstock location has her to thank for these five stars and would not be the same without her.

We went last week on March break one last time, service was food but the food was awful, fires were dry and had obviously been reheated and left for a while. Chicken again was dry....never again. Not sure why as we stopped at other Swiss Chalet and the food was amazing, so never again here........
