  St Hubert is so much better!! Cora owns both but St Hubert is far better. Not the first time I’ve waited 30 minutes for an online order from the chalet.. 45 minutes after the app said so actually it would be ready. Always leave a good 30-45 minutes from what the app tells you. Everything was cold, I checked before I left, but at least everything was there. I thought about returning the whole order but I felt my whole life leaving me. If I returned it all, what would I get in addition and would I have to book a hotel to wait? Unfortunately my mom is old school and thinks the Chalet is still relevant. She hasn’t had to go get take out in 20yrs, so this garbage to her is a one time thing.

  Just got hung up on by your location manager. Will be contacting head office as well as my credit card company to do a charge back.

  We were there Dec27th, it started out good . Was seated our waitress was Rosie. She brought our drinks and then took our order and hardly saw her after that. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. I didn’t mention my allergy because I’ve had their salad before. They brought it to the table and I was just going to start eating it when I notice green onions in it and lots of it! I call a waiter over and said what I noticed and he told me that it was bacon. My husband had to actually pick up some onion and said this is onions not bacon. That’s when Rosie appeared and said she doesn’t know why they would have put them in the salad. And disappeared again. The other waiter brought a fresh salad for me. And that was the end of our service , Rosie didn’t come back to check if it was ok or a manager for that matter. We didn’t get our drinks refilled, Just the bill. And a lot of poor service. And I told my husband that will be the last time we go there.

  Was at a nail salon where I overheard a woman tell someone seated beside her that she owned the Swiss Chalet in Woodstock - she then proceeded to be excruciatingly rude to the employees of the salon. Can’t imagine wanting to put a single dollar into the pocket of a person who thinks it’s ok to treat people like that.

  Don't think this location will ever get its act together....food was terrible...baked potatoes were black inside .chicken was awful...will be a long time before I would think of ever going back there......Why would i waste my time filling out a form just fix your issues....Paris location is excellent...visit them
