You have left a "bad taste in my mouth'

During our time waiting we watched 20 or so people get told the same thing. Many chose not to wait. Meanwhile when we finally entered the dining area after waiting 30 mins, we found both sides near empty! Not sure why they are okay with losing so much business or what the true story is. It is also very cold in here so I guess they are conserving heat as well lol.
