She has consistently been rude and dismissive, but my most recent visit was the final straw. I politely asked for extra toppings and even mentioned I was willing to pay for them, but she abruptly declined without explanation and cut me off mid-sentence. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and unnecessary. After placing my order, I asked for extra napkins, but instead of responding, she completely ignored me and walked away — as if I wasn’t even there. I usually stop by around 3–4 PM because it’s the closest location to my job site, but after this experience, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. This employee needs serious training in customer service and basic courtesy. Being respectful and attentive should be the bare minimum when serving customers.
