It didn’t feel welcoming at all. Considering the prices, the quality and customer service should be much better. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing and not somewhere I’d choose again.

The service was very slow, and the staff member who served me, Kaynaat, was wearing headphones the entire time while preparing my food. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, as she seemed distracted and not attentive to my order. The vegetables did not look fresh, and the sandwich was poorly made. To make matters worse, I found a hair inside my sandwich, which was completely unacceptable and very unhygienic. The bread tasted stale, and overall the quality of the food was far below expectations. The restaurant itself was not very clean, which made the whole experience even worse. I would not recommend this location, and I hope management seriously improves their hygiene standards, food quality, and customer service.
