  What's with the cutbacks on the quantity of deli meat on the subs? I pay the extra for double meat and it looks like a regular sub. I won't be going back.

  Very clean, bright shop - but what’s with the food and the staff? Ordered a steak and cheese, had next to no meat on it (for real… where was the meat?) - and one of the two staff working were completely unprepared to be working (poor training). I was happy when the second staff member took over serving me. Over all, not a place I’ll be visiting a second time - that’s for sure!

  I went in today, walked up to order (no one else was in line) and the worker just stood there on her phone not even acknowledging me. I waited probably 30 seconds until another worker came out from the back while this worker was still on her phone.

  Service has gone down drastically ever since new staff or new owner have come into the picture. The food looks questionable serve stuff where the buns are broken before even putting food on it A+ culinary skills & customer service am I right? The veggies look like they’ve been sitting out all day literally disgusting watching the people just make your food cause it’s so unhygienic wanted to walk out so still placed my order didn’t even eat it so disgusting do better seriously. Be better PEOPLE won’t be returning will take my business elsewhere.

  Not sure what his name is but the tall male trainee is always great when I come in and does a excellent job making my subs
