- AGAllison GowlingDec 20, 20251.0This is the 3rd or 4th time we've ordered from Papa John's in Woodstock. We have noticed a lack of understanding of English, but minimal. However, this time was different...badly. I ordered a pizza for 6:15 pm, but when I got up to go pick it instructions up, my messages read that it was ready for 5:15 pm. Obviously someone doesn't read instructions. Then the cashier just took the first order on the screen and tried charging me $83+ for a $27+ pizza. To make matters worse, I opened the box and the green peppers and olives that were ordered only for one half were on the entire pizza. My wife had to spend 5 minutes picking off the peppers and olives. And because they had it ready a hour early, it was cold. When I complained about them not reading instructions, the cashier started to blame me, but a co-worker stopped her when I said if she blamed me, I would not pay and leave. My wife and I will be looking for another place to buy pizza. Just an addendum...I got up this morning with a minor case of the trots. The Papa John's pizza? I wonder...

Something is wrong at this place- either they are using old/expired product or the people/place are unsanitary. Thank god my toddler did not feel like eating that night, or she would be sick as well. There are better pizza places in town. Go elsewhere.

Thank you to Dhru and Reet for providing with an experience and nutrition I could not produce unless I had a full blown pizza business while travelling to the Woodstock hospital for MRIs. You made my night and I hope that more people see how fortunate we are to have our basic food needs met, which literally averts crises everyday.
