Its posted that they close at 8pm, and both times we arrived just after 7. Today was 7:12pm. They literally turned off the over head menu while we were waiting at the front (no one in line). Walked away and said nothing. I got the lady's attention and asked if they were closed, and she nodded with annoyance. I make this review for fellow travelers that might think they will make the time to be able to place an order to eat. Beware of the customer service and incorrect hours.
