If I can give a zero for this location , placed a order for family over $100 to only get cold food, gravy spilt all over the 15 wings box , fries cold, chicken 6 piece bucket were such small pieces no leg wa given or wings just small little thighs , 2 zinger box meal has popcorn that was so old and the 2 Pepsis were without gas and ice .
I placed the orders Feb 27th 7:18 pm from the online app for delivery to only have the driver not use any thermal bag to keep food warm when asked he said the stores spilt the gravy due to poor packaging .
It’s Feb 28th I have called this store location number 10 times since yesterday to speak to someone and no one will answer the calls.
Don’t waste your time ordering online they should disable this service

Just ordered a large bucket of popcorn chicken and two large poutines with my boyfriend for dinner, waited 15 minutes for anyone to take our order, when our order was finally taken the guy said “what do you want”, after we finally ordered we waited 35 minutes watching the two workers chat it up before we finally got up and decided just to ask for a refund and go somewhere else because it is now 8:30 pm and I’m starving after work, to which I was told they “couldn’t” give me a refund. Never in my life have I gotten upset at a customer service worker but I have never seen such poor service at a restaurant ever and I managed one for six years. All for the food that we paid 36.50$ for by the way, to be old and gross. Do not eat here. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant.

Don't ever go to this restaurant.
Staff here is very unprofessional and extremely slow. Shift supervisor Mehdi is pathetically unprofessional and cursed at me when I asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund.
He wrote his Store managers name Ayob and put on the receipt can't give refund. He said you can google KFC customer service and talk to them.
Fast food restaurants should not need 15 minutes to have the food ready. They need more staff to pack orders and serve. Actual restaurants where you oder individual items take 15 mins or more to cook the food.
The manager at this Woodstock location his name is Ayoub, he should act as manager and resolve the issue and perhaps learn and teach good customer service.

Outstanding service from the moment I walked in! The team greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome right away. My order was taken quickly and prepared fast. The chicken tasted fresh and delicious, and the sides were hot and flavorful. The dining area and counters were spotless, and everything looked well organized. Great teamwork and leadership at this location — I will absolutely be coming back!

I had an amazing experience at KFC today! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside — cooked fresh and served hot. The fries were golden and well-seasoned, exactly how they should be. My order was accurate, nicely packed, and ready quickly. The restaurant was very clean, and the team members were friendly and welcoming. You can tell the staff really care about quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely one of the best KFC visits I’ve had!
