  Had a great time here! The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The food was delicious , everything came out fresh and hot. The place is really clean and has a nice vibe. Definitely one of the better spots around, I’ll be coming back with the family for sure!

  I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a chicken bucket and the chicken was soggy instead of crispy, extremely salty, and very oily. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while. This isn’t the quality I expect from KFC. I hope the management looks into this and improves food freshness and consistency for future customers.

  We have given them numerous chances as mistakes can happen, but they've constantly disappointed. The chicken is always greasy. The last time there was dark oil in the bottom of the bucket. Plus, we select dark meat and they've never gotten that right. Most pieces are white meat. To the owners...what are you thinking? If you want to have a successful business, it takes more than just opening the door. You need to focus on quality, consistency and attention to detail. You're lucky to still be open and it's only because people in Woodstock want KFC and you have no competition. If you don't improve, your luck will run out.

  I love KFC, but nowadays they are spoiling my holidays, Okey let me explain: Every Tuesday they have Tuesday special meal so mostly I ordered this . Last month also I missed my gravy so I thought sometimes it happens because of busy time 😕 But today they really made me sad I was waiting for my 4 Tuesday but I got 3 Tuesday after 30 mins and food almost became cold and fries almost became soggy and again I didn't get my gravy. I think today first time I m giving any review just because I m so disappointed and sad .

  I had ordered a 4 piece chicken combo through DoorDash, and I have to say I’m rather disappointed. The chicken was barely the size of the palm of my hand, not much bigger than a golf ball. No I’m not exaggerating, two pieces of the chicken was the equivalent of one piece. Also the chicken itself is often very slimy almost being inedible, and the fries are always just slightly warm or room temperature. Never hot or fresh. Regardless, I stopped eating here for years because of this very issue though recently I decided to give this place another chance since this used to be my top favourite place to eat. It went well for a little while but now it seems they’ve reverted back to their old ways and I’m sad to say I will not be ordering from here again. Almost $30 is not worth only a few bites of chicken and cold fries. I just can’t comprehend how anyone in the right mind can look at this chicken and still serve it. What a ripoff. Maybe it’s just the location I’m not sure, but the fact that this has been an ongoing issue for such a long time is just sad. I work in fast food myself and I can tell there’s no care put into this food. I haven’t been to this location in person for years now although reading some of these reviews regarding the staff and cleanliness I don’t think I would. This has also really discouraged me from ordering here again. - I also can’t help but notice most of these recent 5 star reviews seem forced. Like they’re staff members who were asked to write these 5 star reviews or friends of the staff. Very unfortunate to see. Covering up some of the genuine reviews with fake positive ones rather than accepting the feedback and working towards bettering the food quality to what it should be :\
