  We had Angela as our server, she did a phenomenal job! She Went above and beyond to give us the best service. The food was also very good and fresh. Thank you Angela and staff!

  My girlfriend and I are regulars here at Kelsey’s. The last few times we have come for dinner, we were greeted and served by Tristyn with a smile and phenomenal service. Highly recommend!

  We were passing through Woodstock on Saturday, December 27th, so decided to drop in at Kelsey's for a nice dinner. It was early (4:35pm), so we thought it would be a good time to not have to wait for a table and not too long of wait for the food. We were seated and served beverages fairly quickly. There were others there already, and the usual quiet talking, and a bit of vocals of young ones. We rarely indulge in eating out, and were pleased that it was quiet for the most part, with no one sitting at the bar, and the numerous tvs visible in the background. We sat beside each other to enjoy conversation between ourselves. All of a sudden, someone turned the tvs up loud. So much for a nice dinner. If we had wanted a loud sports bar, we would have went to one. When our dinners were delivered, we asked the young lady if she could please turn the tvs down. As she was answering, our waitress stopped by. We asked her the same. Either she did not turn them down, or it was so little, it was not noticeable. She did not come back check on the volume level with us. By the time she came to check on the food quality, out of agitation from the volume, and us seeming yelling to each other as we could no longer have a quiet conversation, we had both shovelled our food in so quick to get away from the noise, and she super quick left the table before we could discuss further the volume of the tvs. Probably, because, she didn't want to pursue the issue further. To be honest, our nice dinner together was ruined. What a waste of money to not be able to have a nice conversation and enjoy the food we were spending money on. So disappointed. As I said, there was no one at the bar, and we were trying to enjoy a dinner. There was absolutely no need for the tvs to even be turned up. One can easily see what is going on with half a dozen big screens right in front of you, and the plays being shown over and over from many angles. It's a treat for us to eat out. This was a total waste of time and finances.

  My experience at Kelsey’s was amazing. Servers and hosts were very attentive and made sure to work hard to give me a great experience. The food there was amazing! I ordered Honey garlic wings and it was wonderful. Looking around, the community seems amazing! Everyone was so happy to be around each other. I loved the theme of sisterhood with the host crew, especially the young man they have included. Definitely will be going back!
