I have had other ESM experiences at other locations where I was waiting a long time for bread or soup and would be lucky to get more than one bowl of soup or bread loaf despite being “all you can eat”. Emily was fantastic she even took time out to chat with our daughter about the hockey tournament we were driving home from! Thank you for great food, and most important, a great experience!

Alyssa handled our table like it was just another Saturday night and didn’t break a sweat. She was incredibly friendly and warm, somehow remembering every single one of our names with ease. We absolutely loved her attention to detail and the care she put into every order. She made the evening feel extra special by surprising me with a complimentary piece of cheesecake to celebrate, which was such a thoughtful touch. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Alyssa, you can rest assured you’re in the best hands. We truly can’t say thank you enough to this wonderful woman!

The rest of my family did get sick too but not as bad. We believe it was the spaghetti noodles as that was the only different thing that my daughter and I ate (she ate more at the restaurant then I did). This is completely unacceptable! We have had both positive and negative experiences at this location but this has definitely topped it. I have contacted Eastside Mario's and they insured me an investigation would happen and I would be contacted within 2 days (this never happened). I spent over $100 on a meal that I was hoping was going to be a good experience for us. Unfortunately it made us extremely ill, which I am finally recovering from. I can never trust this Eastside Mario's and probably will never return to one because of this experience. Scary!! It could have been way worse.
