- MMMelanie McKeownFeb 28, 20261.0Ordered through the drive thru, got two burgers, paid and they said to pull over to the side so I waited in front of the store. 15 minutes go by and 7 people go thru the drive thru, went inside to check on our food and they never processed our order. We waited another 10 minutes and they didn't compensate us for it. Never coming again.

I was asked to be pull ahead to wait for my order. 15 minutes later the lady comes out with my order to inform me they had no cheese and there was no cheese on any of my burgers. No cheese for my double CHEESEburger no cheese on my two bacon egg and CHEESE croissants and no cheese for my two classic CHEESE melts THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE She said she didn't know they were out. There open for 24 hours HOW did someone not notice?? NO EXCUSE Her only compensation was going to be giving me a piece of Hershey pie. it would have been nice to know ahead of time that they didn't have the product to make the sandwiches the way I ordered it and paid for.

The manager was taking orders, and when I asked for a meal, it seemed like she didn’t understand me. I was first charged only for the burger, and then she told me I had to pay extra for the drink and fries. Also, she charged for fries and drink and handed them over in an unprofessional manner. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, she argued with me. I was shocked by the kind of customer service they were providing—completely unprofessional and frustrating. Definitely not the experience I expected from a place like Burger King.
