  I ordered 6 McPops but they put only 3. I noticed it when I was too far to come back.

  I've gotten consistently good service from this location, but the food is hit or miss. The burger patties are often dry and sometimes just sloppily slapped together with sauce heavily smeared on one side. Today both my fries and patty were not salted. Is this a new thing? Because I don't like it.

  This is my go to McDonalds and 1 of 2 I can choose from, the other is at Weston and Major McKenzie. I choose this one because normally the staff are pleasant, easy to deal with and the food is typically fresh. I went at 2:50am to pick up some late night munchies and when I got to the pay window and tried to pay by Apple Pay, their POS for odd reason wasn’t processing Apple Pay transactions. The staff worker Jo, an Indian lady with dyed hair said that Apple Pay was not working and if I could pay with another card. Unfortunately I didn’t have any cards with me and had $10 cash. My bill was $14. I told her that upon taking my order at the speaker they should have advised me ahead of time that systems were not accepting Apple Pay. Knowing that ahead of time would have allowed me to customize my order to balance the cash I had. Jo was very rude and arguing with me when I asked if there was anything they could do to complete my order and make it right. Luckily I was able to find some coins - but what surprised me was how poor Jo’s customer service was. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for many years, from quick service restaurants to high end restaurant and have been trained to listen to the customer, state the facts and simply - not to argue with customers. How she dealt with it was unprofessional and not what I would expect to be a McDonald’s standard. Apart from the poor customer service experience, the fries were soggy and old. This is my first 3 star review, a 3 because this location typically delivers to standard…however with the service I received tonight there’s an opportunity to ensure staff are adequately trained and coached on how to deal with customers who don’t feel standards are met…be apologetic, don’t argue with customers especially and speak down to them.

  Place needs more workers. They focus a lot on the drive thru and holds everyone else back. making everyone else late for work and other stuff.
