  The customer service at the counter was the worst I have ever encountered as a McDonalds customer anywhere. The African American female exhibited poor communication skills and a poor attitude towards several customers. She displayed lack of energy and enthusiasm calling out order numbers as she shoved the bagged orders in the takeout area and walked away before customers could get to the takeout area. This caused customers to look through orders to check for their orders while she disappeared behind a wall to fix drinks while using profanity due to her failure to secure the lid causing the drinks to spill. She actually yelled out “dam”! All of this in front of a lobby filled with customers, delivery drivers, dine in customers. She did not wait at the take out area to provide condiments to anyone. She walked so slow that I am sure that was the reason for my cold fries. I am sure this is not the McDonald’s standard and there is no way she displayed this attitude during her interview. She doesn’t have any qualities in customer service. She should be retrained or released (fired). McDonald’s HWY 27 Ocala,Fl at 8:20 pm.

  Really bad experience, coffee was cold had to ask to get a hot, and hash brown was undercooked and full of oil.

  I recently visited McDonald’s and had a good overall experience. The food was fresh and served quickly, especially the fries — hot and crispy just the way they should be. The staff was polite and handled orders efficiently, even during busy hours. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The only small issue was a slight wait time at the counter, but it wasn’t too long. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick and affordable meal.   Please wear gloves when preparing the food... Feb.5, 2026 8:35pm, I got my order and I notice the lady in the back preparing the burger with her bare hands, from bread, burger patty, cheese and everything was prepared and handled without gloves... please check your camera if you have one....
