I love Thai food, and the food at this location is pretty good, but for over $50 I definitely expect more than mostly noodles and very little protein, and when did their TOFU get minced? Furthermore, since removing the self serve topping (peanuts, sriracha lime and hoisin) area they've become extremely cheap with them. No peanuts and they only give one small squeeze pack of the sauces. The best part is, they'll ask if you need napkins or cutlery, as if you eat with your hands. At their price point, these extras should be available in abundance. Not sure about others but this stuff is pretty evident to me.

I am writing this review even before I have received my order so can’t comment on the food quality. You guys really need to work on providing some customer service skills to the lady on the cashier machine else it’s going to impact you all. Sorry to state but there was also a problem with her being clearly racist - was being polite with white people in front of us which was evident that she’s not liking us being here and probably not able to digest our presence. Very sad that no one in your employee base has noticed and corrected this behaviour.

Since I was in this plaza shopping, I decided to give this one a try, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food was extremely dry and not saucy at all. There was too much soy sauce, which made the noodles dark. I ended up wasting about $70 worth of food. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location. I expected the same quality as other Thai Express locations, but unfortunately, this one did not meet that standard.

The restaurant is also very clean and I've seen staff clean thoroughly often.
