  The food was amazing they kept asking us the food was coming and are server Nicholas was very helpful for chossing food and desserts. He is a very good server and the good tasted amazing!! And the staff is so nice!!

  I got chicken parmigiana and it was not cooked the chicken was raw me and my wife tried it and was very raw inside The food portion is so small for the price I remember used to be double size I waited 30 mins for the order and the chicken was raw inside

  We ordered the Two-Can-Dine deal and had our server changed partway through the meal. We asked the second waitress if our CAA card could be used for a free appetizer and were told yes. When the bill came, we were charged the full amount and told it didn’t apply because we ordered a meal special. The problem isn’t the policy — it’s that we were explicitly told it was approved and then charged anyway. What made it worse is that the charge was only removed after having to argue with three different staff members, including managers. This should have been a simple fix, not a debate. Staff miscommunication and internal issues shouldn’t be pushed onto customers. Very disappointing experience and poor service overall.

  We had a wonderful experience at Swiss Chalet. The chicken was a bit dry, but the spring rolls were amazing. Our server, Claudia was friendly and attentive, which made the visit enjoyable. Her positive attitude and great service really stood out and made us feel welcome. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and we will definitely be back!

  Extremely disappointed with the Swiss Chalet in Woodbridge on Rutherford. We ordered a family dinner for my brother’s birthday through Uber Eats and two meals were missing, and the bags were sealed when they arrived. I called the store and the manager was rude and dismissive, and kept repeating “it’s Uber’s responsibility” instead of taking ownership or helping. Mistakes happen, but blaming the driver when the bags are sealed is ridiculous. It’s now been over 2 hours and we’re still waiting for replacement food while two of us have had nothing to eat. The new Uber driver has been patiently waiting at the Swiss Chalet for 30-minutes, and Swiss Chalet STILL hasn't fulfilled the order. This turned what should’ve been a nice family dinner into a frustrating mess. If you’re thinking of ordering from this location, don’t.
