  Ordered chicken for 3 people. $55 with tax! I asked for plum sauce at least 2 times, what’s missing from our order when we get home? NO Plum sauce! And is it just me, but has the secret recipe been dialled down a notch or two? And lastly their coleslaw, soupy and wayyyyy too sweet. The last thing, is my receipt, the first receipt that has the place to go to, to make a review wasn’t given to me. I asked for a second receipt, which does not have the private website to make this review. So if the store at 4431 Hwy 7 wants to contact me they can’t. I do have my receipt with the date, time and breakdown of my order. If head office wants me to call in, let me know how to contact you. You rectify my disappointment and I’ll raise my review stars. Everyone deserves second chances.

  Formal Complaint – Serious Food Quality and Health Concerns To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about a highly unacceptable experience I had at your KFC location located at 4451 Highway 7, Woodbridge, Ontario, following an online order placed yesterday. I ordered a value pack that included four pieces of chicken, two fries, and popcorn chicken. The quality of the chicken was disgraceful. The pieces were extremely small, consisting mostly of batter with very little actual meat. The chicken was excessively greasy to the point where oil was pouring out, making it completely unappetizing and inedible. The only pieces that were remotely acceptable in size were two legs; however, even those were soaked in grease and covered in excessive batter. I raised this concern with staff and was provided with two replacement pieces, which were of the same unacceptable quality. Shortly after consuming some of the food, I began to feel unwell. This raises serious concerns regarding food quality, preparation, and safety. I attempted to file a complaint yesterday; however, it was mistakenly directed to the wrong restaurant. I am now ensuring this complaint is properly received. Due to the seriousness of this matter, I will be reporting this incident to Health Canada. Immediate improvements are strongly recommended, as continued issues of this nature could result in serious consequences, including fines or potential closure. Based on this experience, I will not return to this location nor recommend it to others.

  KFC has a good variety of menu choices, from fried chicken and burgers to sides and combos. The food was tasty and served hot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and service was quick. Overall, a reliable place for comfort fast food

  Just tried KFC and honestly, it still hits the spot. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy inside, especially the original recipe. The seasoning is flavorful and not bland at all. The fries were hot and fresh, and the burger was filling and well put together. Service was quick, and the staff were polite. The place was clean, which always matters. It’s not gourmet food, but when you’re craving comfort fast food, KFC delivers. I’d definitely come back again. Solid experience overall
