No customer should have to wait 20+ mins to have a basic order fulfilled w/ 2 employees (w/ inclusion of supervisor) taking orders, cooking, mobile orders and drive thru. After 20mins I address the wait period with supervisor only to have little to no resolution- at the 23rd min they started to cook my order mind you the restaurant have a handful of customers - no high volume. Customers were waiting to have place orders and left out of frustration and I personally requested a refunded after waiting 23mins and realizing my food was not even ready. Poor management and a waste of my time.
