- JSJustin SoegandiNov 16, 20252.0Food was great (as is always the case with Harvey’s) but had to wait at least 5-10 minutes while employee after employee walked by with no acknowledgment whatsoever, while my mobile order was just sitting under the heat lamp. If even one of them gave any acknowledgment of me (and another customer beside me - whose mobile order was also under the heat lamp) we could’ve gotten our food without having to wait. It was ready but no one seemed to be responsible for actually handing it to the customer. Finally, me and the person got someone’s attention and they gave us our food. A simple “hello” to me and my fellow customer could’ve saved everyone some time. Hope this feedback is helpful.
