I tried calling the store multiple times nobody picks up . I sent a message to customer service they said someone would contact me in 2 days. I followed up a week and a half later they said someone would call me ASAP. It's been 2 weeks and nobody has contacted me . It's not about the $ but the principle of getting back to a customer . Especially when you made a mistake follow up on this - they posted the below response i filled out the form and still haven't received any contact from them on this matter. it's been over 2 weeks and they had indicated 2 days
