  Food is fresh and staff is welcoming. I like the vintage style, it’s hard to find a place like this nowadays.

  It's a coin flip if you're going to get either good food or uncooked chicken. When it's good, it's really good! When it's bad, have fun feeling horrible for a bit.

  I bought a meal for me and my mom, it was greasy as anything and full of salt. The chicken was dark and clearly cooked in old grease. We almost threw up afterwards. And as for the "Big Crunch Sandwich", it hardly earns its name anymore. The prices stay up but the piece of chicken in the sandwich you get is pitiful compared to how it used to be. Save yourself the time and money, don't go there.

  Been going to this location for awhile and been noticing that it is going downhill . Always get the same cashier and she wouldn’t know customer service if it slapped her in the face she never smiles very rude and never says a nice word I was in today January 31 to get the Big Crunch special for two dollars ask her if we could get it she abruptly said know if was over at four o’clock it wasn’t four o’clock even the staff working in the back said it wasn’t four but she still wouldn’t give deal the radio came on a few minutes later saying it was four o’clock . Never needed up getting anything because of her rude service maybe she needs to lose the attitude if she represents your customer service your in trouble . I’ve been reading your reviews the all day the same and yes the restaurant is dirty and your never know when it is open because they shut lights off in dining area and close before the time on window . There was a girl one night that was working by herself that did an excellent job the pop machine was overflowing and she just keep working and she just did her job and did it well and she was very pleasant job well done . You really need to do something about the lady that works cash cause I will not be going back there when she is working which is a same cause I do like your chicken . The building really needs some work and the staff anybody that is older or disabled would not get through your doors either there are not easy to open . I really hope that you do something about this situation . Thank you hoping to hear back from someone .
