The store didn’t feel very welcoming, and the service came across as quite short and dismissive. The space also seemed a bit unkempt compared to what you’d normally expect.I completely understand that working in customer service can be exhausting.I work retail myself,so I really try to be patient and respectful. That said, customers should still feel acknowledged when they walk in. One thing that stood out was that I had to specifically ask for the drink that was supposed to come with the meal I ordered, which made the interaction feel a bit uncomfortable. I’m hoping this feedback can be taken constructively, because the place definitely has potential to provide a much better experience and taco bell overall is a great fast food chain,but this store needs better management,employees, and people who actually want to be there!
