- CCCarlosFeb 5, 20261.0Ordered online for pick up and our subs were missing toppings and not toasted how we asked. Upon arrival I asked if the drinks were in the bag and was told yes. They double knotted the bag so I didn't open while I was there. When I got home I noticed a drink was missing. Stay away.

Than I asked for a glass for water and they said that they dont give out water cups so I was unable to take my medications. So much for Subway and customer service, maybe it's a good thing that Mr Sub is coming back. Shake my head at management and owners.

I really appreciate if management do something about this issue because I saw he let go other person inside washroom so what’s wrong about letting me in?
