  Paid in advance, showed up expecting my order, and was told they never received it. No help, no accountability just sent back home empty-handed. Truly a frustrating and disappointing experience.

  This kind of behavior not only creates a negative experience but also damages the reputation of your organization. It clearly indicates a lack of proper training and supervision. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. One of your staff members used vulgar and offensive language while speaking to me, which is completely unacceptable in any professional environment. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and ensure strict action is taken. Staff should be trained to maintain professionalism, respect, and appropriate communication at all times.she is working today between 1 to 2 clock in the morning

  This terrible employee has zero respect for customers. The way he talks is extremely rude and disgusting. I can't believe that he was working here alone without any supervision. Rude employees like this should be fired and never allowed to work again. I don't care what the excuse is how low he is paid, if he doesn't like it he can leave or he can be fired it's never an excuse to treat people like garbage and to expect people to still be nice.

  I’ve visited this Subway several times, and Avi, the manager, consistently provides some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. He is incredibly professional, efficient, and makes sure every guest feels welcomed. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and leads his team by example. The store is always clean and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend stopping by when Avi is on shift!

  Been going to this subway for many years and now I will not be coming back, I was served by a sweaty Indian man with pimples who made an inappropriate joke in reference to footlong subs, this man continued to talk and joke like I was his buddy afterwards instead of focusing on my order. He added the wrong topping to my sub after I asked him not to, then tried to ring me through for 2 combos at the end when I didn't even ask. I had to repeatedly tell him that I wanted just the sandwiches ( not combos) because he disregarded my request the first time as he kept keying in combos at the register.
