  First visit. Presentation was terrible, burger was decent. Fries were hot and crispy without that greasy aftertaste you get from the ones stateside. Clean restrooms. Nothing impressive or terrible.

  Fast friendly service, they know my order by heart. Only downside is amount of panhandlers that hang around, staff do their best to get them to move on. At least once a week someone will come up to me in the drive thru begging. If you go in be sure to lock up securely, don't leave anything valuable in car or in sight.

  WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered a McDouble like a Mac extra sauce no pickles. Received a McDouble like a Mac add ketchup. Order was read back TWICE before giving me my food and still received the wrong order. Replacement food was not hot or warm. Also had to repeat order multiple times to the point I had to basically yell.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location today around 6 PM. I placed my order through the drive-thru. When I approached the drive-thru, I noticed there were two windows and the two cars ahead of me were already picking up their orders at the second window. Because of that, I drove directly to the second window. The employee working there immediately became very aggressive and told me that I had to stop at the first window. I politely explained that I could not hear the person taking the order clearly because the speaker volume was too low. Instead of understanding the situation, she began arguing with me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Due to the argument, she initially refused to give me my order. After someone from inside spoke to her, she eventually handed over the order, but the entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect. The behavior I experienced felt very rude and discriminatory. Management should ensure that employees treat customers respectfully and handle situations professionally rather than escalating them. I have the entire incident recorded on my dashcam with audio, and I am willing to share it if management would like to review what happened. I strongly request management to look into this matter and take appropriate action regarding the employee’s behavior.
