  The bad reviews are true, don't come here. Beyond disappointing. Hard to hear, slow times, KFC never operated this slow

  This place is filthy. They do not clean the tables or bathrooms and the indian guy at the counter was wearing the same gloves with each customer he served without changing

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Health Hazard "If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is a total disaster. The drive-thru is a joke—they make everyone park and wait 10-15 minutes just to keep their internal timers looking good. But the real horror is the hygiene. No toilet paper and NO WATER in the sinks. Think about that: if the sinks don't work for customers, how is the staff washing their hands? I even pressed the emergency button in the bathroom because of the situation and NOBODY came. It’s clear the franchisee is cutting every corner possible at the expense of the customers. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else in Windsor.

  If I could give a zero I would. No accountability or apologies from the staff. Told to wait 15min, then 17, then 18, then 20, then 25 minutes! Told to scooch up the driveway out of the window just so their timer won’t run. “Oh I thought your chicken would be ready in 15 but it was tenders” was their answer for being 10 more minutes. But they didn’t mention that when we came at the 15 minute mark. This location keeps getting slower and slower. What’s the point of a drive through if you’re taking 25 minutes?!
