- JBJake BarkleyFeb 10, 20261.0Managers here are the most unprofessional people I’ve met in my life. They will send the minimum wage employees to have difficult conversations and sit there and ignore you. I asked for the manager and she literally made the girl under her talk to me. When I asked who the manager is she pointed at the girl who told her to come talk to me. Managers here could care less about issues/concerns customers are having. The one manager even commented on what I was wearing in trying to insult me. District manager told me they would contact me and never did, this place is legit the worse place you could possibly eat at in the mall. Remind you this is stemming from me asking them to remake a burrito because It fell apart in the bag before I left the counter. Plus you’d think after two years you would fix your ice machine.

Should be fired immediately. Tried to physically fought me over grabbing the cup and telling them to pound salt. Calling corporate.
