One star for the subpar food, one star for the kind attitude of the server. Three stars off because this is a restaurant issue. On promotional items, anything of that sort, you should seriously specify what items can be ordered. I asked for a chicken alfredo for takeout, and because the image shows an alfredo with the chicken on the plate... you'd think it was included, right? Wrong. The alfredo is the side, despite the name of the dish being "Chicken Alfredo". As a first-time customer, all I had to go off of was the menu. How am I supposed to know that it's a side? I even asked for a chicken alfredo directly. Doesn't that make you assume that I want a chicken, with alfredo? So when they asked what I wanted for a side and I thought, "Oh, I get a side as well? I'll get a baked potato, because that's normally a side at these places." I thought nothing of it. I ended up getting a real shock, a baked potato, a chicken, and two strips of garlic bread when I went and checked my order in the car. Okay, no biggie. I went back and they said yeah, the alfredo is in fact a side. Okay. That's okay. Can I just order some alfredo then, on it's own? At that point, I was okay with just paying extra, as long as I got the food that I wanted. It wouldn't be that expensive, right? Wrong again. They don't let you order sides alone. Is this a fast food chain, or a restaurant? I had to order another meal if I wanted some. I wouldn't even be able to finish the food if I ordered another.
Wow. Just, wow. You gotta really specify with that advertising here, and the menu. This is an easily fixable issue, and I will not be returning, nor recommending this place to anyone I know. To address the food, the chicken was bland, and you can buy better garlic bread from the supermarket. The baked potato, ironically, was great. Totally on par with the ones I get from my usual restaurants. Too bad you can't just go and get that, though.
