  This review applies to my order today and the previous order about a month ago. The chicken and sauce were fine, but the fries looked like I got the bits at the bottom of the bag. Dried tiny pieces, most were inedible. Very disappointed and I will not order from this restaurant again.

  Great drive-thru experience at Swiss Chalet! The service was quick, smooth, and very friendly. The line moved fast, my order was accurate, and the food was hot and fresh when I received it. Perfect for when you want a reliable, hassle free meal on the go. Would definitely use the drive-thru again!

  Had a great dine-in experience at Swiss Chalet! The food was delicious as always, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to the owner, Rita she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and clearly cares about her guests. Her presence really made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!

  We used to frequent the Swiss chalet on Walker road and then hadn't gone for a few years because of the consistent problem we encountered there. We thought we would try this swiss chalet location on Manning but very much to our disappointment. Let me explain, we ordered the full festive quarter chicken dinner and also the full festive quarter chicken and rib dinner. We told our waitress in the very beginning that our experiences in the past were that the chicken was not hot so please make sure it comes out hot. Well our meals came out by another person and our chicken was not hot and the stuffing was not hot so when we got Michelle's attention we told her about the chicken and stuffing. She apologize profusely and mentioned that they have a new guy in the back (whatever that means) she returned with stuffing that was nice and hot but the chicken was so overcooked it was dry and hard to even try to eat. We called her over when we saw her and explained it to her that this chicken was so dry it was unedible. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there is no manager in, I said is there anyone above you that we can talk to? She said there is nothing she can do about it but the best thing she can do is give us a piece of pie, and I'm thinking "are you kidding me". Being seniors we rarely go out to eat anymore so it's a real treat when we do. This was a very expensive disappointment. Sure our waitress Michelle was really nice but we needed more than niceness we needed what we paid for which we didn't get. I even left her a good tip because she was nice. I asked her if her manager could call me she said sure but she went off into the kitchen and didn't see her again to give her my number. Swiss chalet has really dropped the ball in quality and customer service.
