I asked for my foot-long sandwich to be packed separately in two portions, which has never been an issue before, but the staff refused. No napkins were included in the bag, and the vegetables—especially lettuce and onions—were not fresh. Service was poor overall. Also, the front door glass was broken, which seems unsafe for customers.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was — the counters, floor, even the glass at the sandwich station was spotless. It really makes a difference when a store is that well taken care of. The food was just as good — everything tasted super fresh, the veggies were crisp, the bread was soft and warm, and they didn't skimp on the fillings either! You can tell they take pride in what they serve. And shoutout to the staff, especially the manager Maulik — he was super friendly, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. You don't always expect great customer service at fast food spots, but he really went above and beyond. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. If you're in the area, this location is 100% worth a visit!
