Whenever they make an order incorrectly they refuse to take responsibility and say they followed instructions when they clearly didn't. You can provide the sub and the instructions to the person and they will still argue with you as if they never make a mistake. They won't replace your sandwich. The best you get is they say you get 10 percent off your next order but don't take down your information and then when you go and claim your discount they refuse to give it to you. Subway USED to be good now they sandwiches suck. Their employees are rude and argumentative and service sucks. Thank God for Firehouse Subs. I'll never go to subway again and neither should anyone else. Wish Quiznos or Mr Sub would come back. At least they had good service and great employees
