- SWsara wFeb 16, 20261.0I was sent a steak and cheese sub on Valentine’s Day thru uber. My steak and cheese had absolutely no cheese on it. This is the 3rd time it’s happened. ( university location as well) when I told the lady on the phone this she said ( this is absolutely not possible I made this sandwich. Well first of you don’t accuse the customer of lying and when you take my number and tell me the manager will call me back and nobody calls Me back, that is terrible customer service. Clearly I had to get a refund from uber snd had to send them pictures to prove it. Do better subway
